ATTENTION: ALL PLAYERS ENTERING MOFFETT FIELD MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE OR GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. INCLUDES ALL PASSENGERS.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled tee time. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour cancellation window are subject to a "Cancellation" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in are subject to a "No Show" fee of $25 per player. Reservations that fail to check-in with a full player count are subject to a "Short Show" fee of $25 per player. Failure to comply with the above Cancellation Policy will result in fees being charged automatically to the credit card used to reserve this tee time. UPDATE: This week, NASA issued agencywide guidance updating the acceptable forms of identification which will be needed to enter NASA facilities, including the NASA Research Park (NRP). Moving forward, anyone entering the NRP will be required to present one of the below forms of identification. NASA will begin full enforcement of these updated requirements on Monday, May 5, 2025. You will still be able to access the NRP using your NASA Badge or using any of the other forms of acceptable IDs listed below. ENTRY ONTO THE NRP Starting May 5, 2025, acceptable IDs for entry onto the NRP will include: • NASA PIV Badge • NASA Agency Smart Badge • NASA Ames Local Badge • NASA Visitor Pass • HSPD-12 PIV Card • REAL ID compliant identification (for example, a REAL ID driver’s license or state-issued REAL ID) • U.S. Department of Defense ID, including IDs issued to dependents • U.S. passport • U.S. passport card • Permanent Resident Card (“Green Card”) • Foreign government-issued passport - NO NASA Banned Countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria) • U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Employment Authorization Card (I-766) • DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST) Those who present a state-issued identification that is not REAL ID compliant and who do not have another acceptable alternative ID can expect to face delays, additional screening and the possibility of not being permitted onto the NRP or issued a NASA visitor pass. Please allow for extra time accordingly. The Office of Protective Services (OPS) will continue to assess operations and work to streamline opportunities to best balance safety and efficiency. ENTRY TO NASA AMES CAMPUS FOR VISITORS For those visiting the NASA Ames Campus (i.e. ‘behind the black fence’), starting May 7, 2025, NASA’s self-check-in kiosks will only accept REAL ID compliant identification. If a visitor presents a non-compliant document, the kiosk will notify the visitor to complete their check-in with a Lobby Officer (Visitor Registration personnel). REAL ID compliant driver’s license or state issued ID cards will have one of the following markings on the upper top portion of the card. If the card does not have one of these markings, it is not a REAL ID and may not be accepted after the aforementioned deadlines. How can I check if my ID is REAL ID compliant? Visitors who are minors, children, or infants shall not be required to register in EVAMS when accompanied by a parent or guardian but may elect to do so, following all appropriate requirements, when in possession of a NASA-approved identity source document. Foreign national visitors who are minors, children, or infants shall be required to present their passport, in the presence of their parent or guardian.
